Abseil down as for Big Fat Fin Slappers. It's simplest to fix one 50m+ rope for the abseil and climb out on another rope. It is possible to abseil in two stages, but given the awkward angle, be sure to extend the first abseil closer to the lip so you can pull the rope down from the belay ledge directly below!
Climb starts a few metres right of abseil, in corner crack.
Pitch 1: Up corner then left to belay ledge (bolted anchors).
Pitch 2: Up ramp then corner. Protect highest move with a #5. Belay anchors. Easy to link this into pitch three.
Pitch 3: A short crux then stroll to belay tree.
Rack: single rack of cams to #5 and some medium nuts.
