βeta: climbed 2 hours before low tide and in the evening with no sun on it, slight wind helped Dry parts of crag but needs sun and more Time To dry. Lovely route, all there and on the money for grade, certainly adds difficulty when It’s wet and greasy. | βeta?

βeta: Enjoyable route which begins and ends steady, but insists of being awkward somewhere in between. Fortunately easy to protect so long as plenty of mid sized crags are carried - I didn’t - and even though we assessed conditions carefully and waited for the sun to burn away the early morning grease, the crux was having none of it. Quite a fight when wet. Equally fortunately, it’s nowhere near E1; folk at home would HVS 5a insist.
