A prominent Silver Slab. Two routes climbed
1) La Dolce Vita 15m Diff The Left hand weakness in the Slab
2)Lindisfarne 18m Severe ** The Shallow crack on the right of the slab
Carriag Dubh
1) The Grey Monday's 30m Diff Nice steady climbing up the left side of the crag
2) Fog on the Tyne 28m V Diff Up the centre of the slab. Gear is a bit sparse but climbing is delightfull
Approach notes
The Crag is located at Grid ref NG801712 and lies approx 300m East and above Crocodile Shoes and Moderate Slab. Head steeply up the grass rake from the track at Crocodile Shoes over the two rises and Silver Slabs is seen.
Approx 100m South of Silver Slabs Is Carriag Dubh a prominent gneiss crag of excellent black rock
