Crag features

The 'Valley Crags' arguably contain some of the best sectors in Siurana, with the old classic areas such as El Pati and L'Olla, as well as the more recent additions of the Siuranella cliffs.

Approach notes

From Reus airport take the N420 west out of Reus. After 8km turn right onto the C242 following it through 'Les Borges del Camp' and 'Alforja' and up into the hills. Continue on this road over the col and down to 'Cornudella de Montsant'. Continue through Cornudella and after ~800m take a right turn signposted 'Siurana' and 'Camping'. DO NOT turn right too early (ignore the 'Panta de Siurana' signpost). Follow this paved road winding its way upwards towards the village as more and more spectacular cliffs come into view. For the main 'Valley Crags' park in a small layby ~70m beyond a small brown 'Fontscaldes' sign. For the 'Village Crags' continue on towards Siurana village and park in the main parking on the left just before the village.

ACCOMODATION: Numerous cheap apartments available in Cornudella. Camping near Siurana village. There is also a refugio and hotel in Siurana village itself.
