The start feels a little stiff for V.Diff but it's no VS 4b as listed here on UKC, more like HVD at the start then easier once you're above the high tide line. The crest of the stack has plenty of loose rock and building a belay up there is challenging. Carefully traverse the crest to the seaward end where a straightforward down scramble gets you back to the bottom.
