Using the Notley approach head to the coast and once at the tall white La Mancha boulder take the narrow passage landward and directly infront is a triangle shaped roof boulder with a distinct nose.
Starting with your feet at the back of the roof and hands on the V shaped underlings, make make moves left to the lip up to the nose and exit right.
There are some bands of sharp black rock including the black knob left of the nose, none of this needs to be used..
