Alpine cragging on good quality quartzite in a beautiful setting. Altitude is 2400m so go prepared for conditions.
Approach notes
Drive up the Icefields Parkway and take the small road signed for the Helen Lake Trail a few hundred meters outh of the Bow Lake Viewpoint. Follow the Helen Lake Trail for 1.5 hours. The Sugar Cube is obvious on the left - you can't miss it.
