Eirik Sjø and KVIL climbing group can be contacted with any queries. New PDF file of guidebook (Norwegian only) can be found via Facebook group. The kindly request all top roping to be done on your own equipment to reduce wear on the fixings.

Crag base unsuitable for very small children (small drops from path/lack of safe flat area away from crag for sleeping/safety), great place for slightly older children.

Approach notes

Space for a few cars by the barrier by the main road number 41 Kveitseidveggen. Don't block access, if parking is full please find a place further away and walk back. Follow the gravel track past the barrier uphill around a left bend then a right bend. Just after this look out for a path going into the woods on the left, marked with red. Follow this up the the crag. The path leads roughly to the middle of the crag at the main sector, left leads to the course sector. RIght leads to aptly named right sector and onwards to the amphitheatre sector.

Access Advice

PLEASE, NO CAMPING AT THE CRAG: Access could be hindered, it relies on the goodwill of landowners and there are plenty of nicer wild camping spots near the local lakes. There are especially made firepits by the crag, none the less no open fires are allowed in the driest summer months 15th April-15th September, see signage at the crag.
