At the moment there is an internal issue going on between the university security team and UKCMC. For the moment climbing at this crag is banned but the committee are in the process of resolving this. Once it has been, this page will be updated back to 'restrictions' and climbing will be encouraged again. Thanks for your patience.

Sit start Assam, strict on the arete eliminate rules. No use of the seam on North Face, or the crimp/foothold above it.
Makes the top move harder for tall people, doesn't really change it if you're short.
Makes coming around the corner a bit harder (no more thank-god crimp).
