Hong Kong Rock Description
100m. Two similar hard pitches, both that escalate in excitement but the enjoyment might be shut down prematurely on either pitch, or both! Start as for Silent Prayer.
1) 6b+ - 25m - 12 Bolts. Climb the technical slab and overhanging groove line. The leaning wall provides the climax to the end of the first pitch. Use the far right of the two bolt belays.
2) 6c - 25m - 15 Bolts. Step right from the belay and climb the corner to a curious pair of huecos. Now sufficiently aroused, exert yourself up the blank wall until a climatic jug is reached and an opportunity to gain composure. Move up into a technical groove (avoid straying left onto Silent Prayer), which is exited with some difficulty onto a hanging slab.
3) 6a - 25m - 9 Bolts. Climb up and left from the belay then over a bulge and onto a leftward diagonal ramp line leading to the terrace bolt belays.
4) 4a - 25m - 10 Bolts. Climb the last pitch of Tin Hau to the summit terrace. © Hong Kong Rock
