Approach notes

From the end of Black’s Link Road, walk westwards along Black’s Link trending uphill for about 300m to a white, painted concrete water culvert on the right side, marked as ‘BL63’.

Walk into bushes on the right side of the culvert then follow a trail up to a short hand-line fixed to a single bolt. Turn left here to access the base of the Right Wall and the start of Black Bomb and Paint it Black. Continuing up past a second hand- line leads to a via ferrata style steel cable crossing a large slab. Adjacent to the cable way is a raised bay containing routes 21-25.

Across the steel cable is the Main Wall and purpose made belay platforms constructed for the discerning climbers’ comfort (thanks to Paul Collis & Co).
