Endangered Yellow Wagtails are currently nesting on Butt Hole Scoundrels - Fr. 6b+ (Line 3 on SWCW). Please avoid climbing in the Scoundrels Cave area until the end of September, and keep an eye out for others until then.
They migrate from Africa to the UK around March till September, so will hopefully be on their way by October.

Al's Wall is another outcrop located left of the Upper Quarry. The wall is characterised by a crack on the right and a small roof and arête on the left. The rock is superb and is featured with small edges and a slopey rail. It may have seen previous attention but nothing has surfaced. Lank arête climbs from a sit-start with right hand on an obvious chock stone and then move left hand to an edge, then make a big lank to a juggy top.
