Good tough climbing on a strong line. Start at the wide flake-crack with an overhang at the start. Climb the flake-crack to bulging rock and move left to below the main crack-line. Ascend the crack-line to a belay and abseil point. © Rockfax
UKC Logbook Description
Directly above the Dress Circle is an obvious crackline running through an overhang to the top of the buttress. The climbing is good, hard and sustained. Start at the bottom of a flake crack to the right of the main crack above.
1.) 43m (5a), climb the flake crack for 8m (protection) then make a long step left into the main crack, which is climbed to an overhang at 15m. Continue up the widening crack past a small ledge on the left. Up the crack to a large grass ledge.
2.) 15m, the grassy chimney on the right is followed by a similar chimney to the ridge.
