Rocktype Sandstone (soft)

Tomb Crag (main wall) © tom_beach
Small sandstone crag found just behind Holy Austin Rock on Kinver Edge. Largely North facing, so prone to moss and algae growth in the winter making if slippy. The largest face rises to around 25 feet, although most are less. Landing are almost exclusively soft and flat.
Huge potential for bouldering problems, possibly some highball or top rope, but little scope for leading due to the nature of the rock.
The crag is situated on National Trust Land, who do not encourage climbing at Kinver Edge. Access is blocked as there is severe erosion around this part of their land. Climbing at this crag is prohibited.
