Follow the road up to Col de la Pousterle from Puy-Saint-Vince up the forest track til you reach the parking. Head off to the path on the right of the roofed sign to find the path to the VF.
Set in the Ecrins region, near Puy-Saint-Vincent, this via ferrata takes you to the Oreac plateau 2030m, above Tournoux, where there are lovely views ove Vallouise. Since it was first created in 1998, the via ferrata de Tournoux has seen the addition of a descent route in the form of another via ferrata, which means the route can now be done as a circuit.
French grade PD, 10min approach, 1h30 to complete.
