Rockfax Description
(Northwest Ridge) Walk up Kjernadalen to the remains of the Kjerna Glacier. Continue up vegetation and slabs to the glacier to the left where a gully runs up towards a gap in the northwest ridge. Climb a fairly direct route up the face. Two blocks situated under a wall afford an easy but airy traverse around to the right onto the north face. Climb a chimney and continue up to the gap in the ridge. The ridge consists of several wide tilted slabs. Climb the left side of the ridge, facing the Kjerna Glacier, to the final pull up onto a sloping platform. Then comes the crucial section which is "severe, delicate and exposed". The ridge narrows to about half metre wide, but is relatively flat. .
