βeta: For the first two pitches make shorter 30 pitches up to threads, then one long traverse pitch right. After that route finding is fairly straightforward. Descent: more like 2-3 hours, scramble up from route to a flat saddle, find the big gully to your left and head down (Cairns should appear) two abs and some scrambling gets to the next ledge go right then left tightly hugging the wall to abs down a gully.
