A good adventure with interesting climbing beneath some of the largest cliffs in south Devon. Low tide needed. Set off 2 hours before low. At this grade, expect to make 1 swim, or wade if you have a tide lower than say 0.8. On exceptionally low tides its possible to stay dry.
Its possible to climb a high traverse round the swim. It's been deep water soloed at f5 on loose rock, but at low tide would make an slightly nasty HVS/E1 4c i reckon.
