| Doyden Point - Dynamo Hum E2 5c Aiming for Caprice, which was being devoured by 9ft swell. We set off on what I though was Watergate (wrong). Start from atop the far right side of the pillar. Using the crack in the right wall, the corner and the small overhanging ledges on the left, to the overhang. Followed my nose up and right onto the flying circus arete (bold and blind) and finished as for this route. Substantially more thought provoking than I had expected, steeper and bolder than it looks. Pissed it down as I finished scuppering Fins chances completely! Proceeded to get dark pretty quick thereafter. with Fin |
