| Pavey Ark summit 700m So a change of plan for today. I was supposed to camp next to Red Tarn near Pike O’Blisco the night before and do pike of blisco today, but at stayed at a campsite instead. So today I decided to make my walk short and sharp. Took off from Stickle Ghyll car park and headed off towards Stickle Tarn. On reaching the Tarn, I made my way round to the cliff of Pavey Ark. I climbed Jacks Rake to the summit. Happy 46th Birthday to me. What a great way to celebrate your birthday. I got myself back down to the tarn and made my way back to the car park. On the way down, I watched some people Ghyll scrambling in Stickle Ghyll. I got myself back to the car and made my way home. |
