| Pen-y-ghent - Red Pencil Direct HS 4b *** Alt leading for the green tick added significant faff. Made a nice adventure out of it though. Led up to past the roof, and belayed just to the right, comically close to the top. Straightforward climbing, the HS section never really arrived? Rock was suspect but not awful, just bad by most grit standards. with George Fidczuk |
