 Chicksands mtb 2 hrs, 6.21 miles (3.11 mile/hr, 19:19 per mile) Noon. Hot one today! 30deg+ with high humidity in the forest. Lots of water breaks. Felt very rusty after a few weeks off the bike. with Daniel L |
