| Ailefroide - South End of the Valley - A tire d'ailes froides 5c *** Cruisey adventure following some nice features. Agree with the generous grading from P3. P2 especially was quite committing on the lead but I also went too far right, only just got the clip at foot hight and was ready to complain about the bolting before seeing Eric dance up the line following the bolts... so my bad 😅 Highlight was the lay back flake on P8 -made me feel very badass and capable of laybacking (which I am not). The non slab grading seems a lot softer - maybe an Ailefroide thing in general? No points for standing on your feet :D Abbed down using the anchors shown in the book - although there's other options with Eric 40M |
