Afternoon. The Old Redoubt. Repeated Magical Mystery Tor with good sized crew (~10). Everyone set off about 10 mins before me so rushing to start to catch up. Very low tide so could walk through most of the great cave. Tide so much lower than last time, sections which were just above water were 5 metres above ledges, some quite spicy. Felt hard for 6a+ but really good fun. Managed to cross the Green Grotto entrance without getting set, stepping across to barnacly wall to traverse around on sharp pockets and a big wet undercut. Wall into the Blue Grotto was very slimey and pretty much out of chalk so had to proceed with great care. Did the step across the grotto, around the corner then scrambled out. Great day out.

Berry Head - The Old Redoubt - Magical Mystery Tour 6a+ ***
A very low tide today made a few sections a lot more adventurous and spicy than last time (climbing over ledges at fair height). Stayed dry the whole way, including stepping over the Green Grotto and a low undercutting traverse out with the water lapping near my feet. Did the finish bridging over the Blue Grotto Cave (approach to this section very insecure as holds really slimey and slippery) and continuing around to scramble up. Tagged plus big crew.
