Finger board circuit, Mobility & walk 3 hrs 12 mins, 2.49 miles (0.78 mile/hr, 77:15 per mile) Afternoon. Usual warm up followed by Knee mobility session on Moves. Usual Fingerboard circuit warm up after 3x 15 sec Front Lever. Strength test Fingers - 8x 7 secs various weight finishing 25kg. Pull up strength test - 8x 2 pull ups variable weights - finish o 21kg (tried 24). 3x 7 sec max hangs at 21kg.
