Afternoon. Quite a bit of phys today. Main one - Usual warm up with mobility Knees workout. Usual FB warm up followed by Crimpd Anaerobic endurance circuit at 70%. Some squats during rest periods. Also a few hangs 2 handed & 1 handed.
