DMM - Forging Ahead Video


This year, DMM are celebrating their 40th year of manufacturing. Founded in 1981, the company employed just four people and now with over 200 employees, they are one of the most important employers in the local area.

Fred Hall, Richard Cuthbertson and Paul Simkiss recall the early days of setting up the company, the challenges over the past 40 years and handing over the reins to the next generation.
