20 year old British climber Michaela Tracy, currently on a seven month climbing trip in Spain, has succeeded on her first 8b.

Ramadan, at Siuranella Est in Siurana, is a 35m steep limestone sport route involving a desperately crimpy crux-move and is a much sought after tick in the area.  Michaela succeeded in climbing the line on her third redpoint attempt.

Michaela has had a successful start to her road-trip, onsighting routes up to 7c and making fast ascents of Mishi (8a) and Mon Dieu (8a+) at Oliana.

Michaela is a previous winner of the Skymasters competition (2008) and also came in third place in the British Lead Climbing Championships back in 2008.
