The first competition for Scotland South starts this Saturday on 14th January (South Scotland Round 1 at EICA: Ratho)
The first competition for Scotland North starts Saturday 21st January (Scotland North Round 1 at Avertical World, Dundee)
These are great events, and if you have never tried a climbing competition before, never fear, you will be able to have lots of fun and get a good days climbing in at the same time.
You can compete at the event local to you only if you wish - just to try it, or attend at least 2 of the rounds to get a higher score and try and get selected to the Regional Team! The Teams then compete in a British Final, being held at EICA: Ratho in June. Teams also gain support from the MCofS for coaching and REALrock trips.
