Dai Koyamada has made the second ascent of Martin Keller's Der mit dem Fels tanzt, 8C, at Chironico in Switzerland.
Martin had more than 100 sessions over three years on the problem, and as usual when it comes to him, he fell many times on the very end, including seven weeks on the last hard move.
Dai, who is good friends with Martin and had been with him during some of the sessions, managed to do it on his fourth day of trying it. He says it's a very nice problem and that he agrees with Martin's grade opinion.
According to Martin, Der mit dem Fels tanzt can be best described as about a 4-move-8B/B+ into a 15move 8B (or a 7move 8B+ into Einfisch/keinfisch, 8A+/B.
