If that heelhook is crucial and isn't posed I wouldn't like to be wearing slippers !

Not posed, just not quite in place when the photo was taken - it's more of a heel-toe cam with the heel wedged in an angle, which holds the shoe (and climber) in place.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt !
