hello, this route is located at the far end of Sandown bay past Yaverland beach, you have to walk through the boulders untill you rich this area, about 10 min from the end of the beach, as far as i know is the first route climbed in this area, there is options of traverses around the cliff and few routes up allways watching quality of the rock, it is tidal so watch for tides and heavy seas, normaly well sheltered, cracks get damp after heavy rain, but drain pretty quickly. hope you enjoyed if you visit.
regards.
