Very nicely exposed. Is it HDR? Although it's a much-done shot, it's one of the better ones. Well done!
I do have a small piece of constructive criticism though - personally I think you've over-sharpened it slightly - the ices edges in the foreground are therefore a little too prominent and you have a halo appearing against the skyline where the ground on the horizon meets the sky.
Having said all that it's still a great image.
