There are so many horizontal lines on this crag. Which one is the traverse & why does stuaart call it a ridge?

This is the view to your left when doing the traverse,which is at 90 degrees to the wall in the picture,the route goes over 2 pinnacles ( ridge )then up a big buttress hope this helps.....dont know who Stuaart is !
