He really is quite brilliant, but I thought if I said that I'd be accused of being biased.
The next photo is him checking for bruises after going over the bars after a slight, unintentional deviation. He's got it nailed now though. :-)

I really just put this pic up because lots of people asked after J when he was ill and afterwards. We haven't been climbing that much recently, mainly cycling, so I thought I'd use the new cycling bit on here.
It is 3 years next week since he was diagnosed - doesn't time fly when you're having fun. :-S
