Looks like a bit of low Gaussian around the trees, making me think the sky's been touched up. How much of it was worked in Photoshop?
Tweaked or not, like it Ian. Soft, yet crisp and contrasty.

no blur added, sky burned in a lot is what makes the tree dodgy, some selective dodging and burning, levels, sharpness...tweaking is good... :o)

dont really care if its been tweaked or not the end result is that of a master photograph, (maybe not so if in colour) This is fantastic
