The colour tint is horrible.

The colour tint is lovely.

I guess if pushed, I'd prefer it without the tint, or it slightly toned down, but that aside, this is the POTW for me.A great image, good timing, good light and a lovely and balance to the composition.A proper 5*.

The colour tint is awful and is hiding a nicely exposed and composed photograph. Take it off and show me the colours as god made them to be seen! You might also a little crop on either side.

I like the drama that the tint gives, but I too would like to see the original in all its glory. Because it is not the genuine article I will not rate it, sorry.

Magic, has a bit of an Ansell Adams feel to it, and no-one told him monochrome was crap. 5 all the way.

To: TOMYSAURUS.... Where are you coming from??? Not rating it because it is not the genuine article??? What's not genuine about it? This image, if it was to used for illustration in a book or news story would never be questioned as to it's 'genuineness' by a picture desk editor or the PCC!
Also, what is this 'colour tint' a few of you are refering to??? Looks like it's been through a desaturation process that exploits the inherent high contrast in the original. I certainly don't detect any colour tint in it!
