I can think of a few contenders - Hallin Fell and Thornthwaite Crag, perhaps - but this one is definitely knocking on the number one spot.

It is Latterbarrow. Some of the oddities on Sleddale Fell/ Buckbarrow must be contenders too.

Ah, you must mean the survey pillar for the Haweswater aqueaduct on Tarn Crag - but is it a cairn?
