Just using paintshop pro, and a bit of fiddling with the clone brush at the joins.

are you sure? Looks more like the view towards Mount Blanc to me (with a small Auguille du midi visible about 75% towards right of photo), I could well be wrong though ;)

Yes, the big lump on the left is Mont Blanc and the little one with the spike on the top on the right is the Aiguille du Midi. It was taken from the walk up to the Dent du GĂ©ant.
