Even just cropping the guys helment out of the foreground would improve this image a lot. Good be a good one.

Thanks DangerMouse, you're right, I didn't take enough time to compose the shot. Cropping loses the drop on the right. I could photoshop partner out of it! Or recolour the helmet.
