Photo by Mike Tooke. This was our first repeat since making the first ascent in 1999...still think its a good pitch. The 2011 guide book says its "delicate with doubtful protection". I agree with the "delicate" statement, but not about the protection! Mike and I considered the pitch to be adequately protected by good, small wires... in fact, if I had considered the climb to be poorly protected / serious, I would not have climbed it in the first place, but backed off and left it for someone else...my days of bold / serious leads have been over for a long time!
