Thanks Tom.... none taken. What you might be missing is that most of those making comments are friends of mine having a laugh! Anyway is 'distinctly average' better than just 'average'

Haha fair enough bhood, I did wonder that after posting the comment. Undoubtedly better than just average. Anyway, it's the memories the photo evokes for the photographer that's most important I reckon and it looks like you had a great day. Cheers and happy new year! :)

Although I don't climb, I can say wow what a great shot! Mountain ridges, perilous, it takes a lot of experience to climb up there. Spectacular view. Thank you for this photo.
