This is taken from the upper slopes of Benleagh looking into the Fraughn Rock Glen in Co Wicklow Ireland. The Fraughn Rock Glen is a very quiet hanging valley that comes off Glenmalure which is itself a textbook glaciated valley. A continuation of this route takes you onto Lugnaquillia which is the highest point on Irelands eastern coast at 925M. The whole area sits on the edge of a live fire artillery range (Glen Imaal) so careful navigation is needed.
The ridge of land in the distance is Lugduff and the ridge separates Glenmalure from the much better known Glendalough valley which unlike the Rock Glen is normally mobbed with visitors.
