I dont get this shot, its really confusing me :S
Is he stood on the block? If so where're the holds you pull through with/on? And he looks too high up. Where exactly is he and wheres the shot taken from??

He's holding onto the block and leaning out. The seam you can see at the top is just below the foothold you rock onto. The photo was taken from a ledge below the slab to the right of the finishing crack.
