Pole Dancer is located right at the very end of the columnar ridge and takes around 4hrs to get to. Whilst the route itself is fully bolted, it's a real mountaineering expedition to get to it, involving a bit of trad, lots of scrambling, and the occasional abseil just to arrive at the base.
