Following a descent from Monte Moro Pass to Saas Almagell we entered the tunnel alongside the hydro lake and dam. Covered in a sheet of ice we had to proceed very carefully until emerging into daylight.

Yeah, I wandered into that tunnel, steadfastly refusing to put crampons on for a horizontal walk. Ended up crawling on all fours...
