Rising water levels and the hill in spate made for difficulties on this Scramble to the summit of Scafell on my challenge to complete all 303 Seperate Mountains and hills of the UK over 3000ft .(Completed Sat 7 Sep 2019). SMC Munro Completist 6503 Ian Simpson

That's not Broad Stand. It look's like the footpath up to Foxes Tarn

Definitey not Broad Stand. I agree it's the footpath up to Foxes Tarn. Nor really a scramble either.

It is the Gap at Broad Stand and it is a Scramble ,in condition that make it technical and through my exsperiance very difficult.

Adding to this, firstly Scrambling is a graded technique used by mountaineers to Ascend GRADIENT , I use it because I'm a summitter ,this technique evolved to named routes but my purpose for Scrambling is different it's for using the teqnique to Ascend safely to the summit.
