Tricky to know exactly what route he's on there. The wall between the crack to the left and the arete to the right is called "Bulging Wall". Robin Nicholson climbed the right arete on it's left hand side, making use of that great oozing pothole that you can see on the right as Spout Hangout when we were researching the 2012 book. This looks like it might be some amalgamation of those two.
