I assume this is Jenny Twigg and her Daughter Tib?! I just looked at the map for Sype Land and noticed this interesting name just North of the crag:

Jenny twig was the landlady in a pub in Arkengarthdale. In 17?? her a her daughter geroted three scotish pedlars on Dead Mans Hill (above Scar Resevoir). A Crime for which they were hung and how these two rocks got their names.
