that looks freakin' tricky. lots of work to get to that stage, i imagine.

Its not that difficult really and not much effort is required to attain this 'skill' unless you're a fat git!

this is a temporary position he's swung into, I don't think anyone could lever like that - too smooth a surface that he's gripping and the angle between arms and torso is too big - you need a shallow angle to get your centre of gravity back. Plus you can see from the shape of his trouser legs around the ankles that he's just peaked on a swing. IMHO.
